RUN RIOT Sessions

Session will take place on the path at the Sports Ground.

Details of the session are:

Split Session

WU/CD: 13 minute easy running + drills.

SESSION:

• 10min @ 75% tempo effort.

• 5min easy jog recovery @ 55% effort.

• 1min @ 80% threshold effort 1min @ 55% recovery effort repeat x 5

PURPOSE: Split session that works on aerobic threshold, followed by work into the anaerobic zone. This session will increase effort control, speed management and lactic tolerance. The goal is steady tempo effort and consistent splits in the fartlek.

Location - Lions Berry Park, Lions Club Drive, Bathurst.

Cost- $10 for casual runners $5 for RUN RIOT clients and under 16's.

Come along and see what you can do in a supportive and diverse group of runners, it is great chance to test yourself in a non-competitive environment. For those interested in more focused training over the cooler months I will have a weekly program available for $15 PW.
