RUN RIOT Sessions

Session will take place on the path at the Centennial Park.

Details of the session are:

Hill Reps Session

WU/CD: 13 minute easy running + drills.

SESSION:

• 1min @ 75% hill effort jog down recovery effort.
Repeat x 5
• 30sec @ 75% hill effort jog down recovery effort.
Repeat x 5
• 15sec @ 75% hill effort jog down recovery effort.
Repeat x 5

PURPOSE: Shorter hill reps to develop speed, form and control. The running focus is on consistent execution and holding good form throughout the rep.

Location - Lions Berry Park, Lions Club Drive, Bathurst.

Cost- $10 for casual runners $5 for RUN RIOT clients and under 16's.

Come along and see what you can do in a supportive and diverse group of runners, it is great chance to test yourself in a non-competitive environment. For those interested in more focused training over the cooler months I will have a weekly program available for $15 PW.
