Free Community Yoga - Machattie Park - Sunday 27 July

Hi community Yogis,
There's something ancient and honest about rolling out your mat on the grass, feeling the earth steady beneath you, and breathing under the wide open sky.
When we practise together in nature, everything softens:

🌳 The walls come down - no mirrors, just trees.
🔆The sun kisses your skin, topping up your life-force.
🌺 The breeze carries your
breath further.
🐦 The birds become your soundtrack.
🧘‍♀️ The community circle feels warmer, freer, realer.

Join me this Sunday in Machattie Park, under the newly painter' fountain, as
stretch, breathe, and remember what truly matters -
connection, presence, and a little patch of earth to call home for an hour.
