Cette journée d'exploration collective propose une introduction complète autour des soins énergétiques et des pratiques douces comme le Yin Yoga, le Qi Gong ou encore l’utilisation des orgonites et des instruments guérisseurs. La journée se termine par un cercle de pratique en Reiki Share. Que vous soyez simplement curieux ou déjà pratiquant, cette journée est une invitation à reconnecter avec votre sensibilité intérieure et à vous ancrer plus profondément dans votre énergie. L’objectif : rassembler toutes celles et ceux qui s’intéressent aux médecines alternatives et aux approches naturelles de la santé. ///
A Day to Discover the Energy Within Us

This day of collective exploration offers a comprehensive introduction to energy healing and gentle practices such as Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, as well as the use of orgonites and healing instruments. The day concludes with a Reiki Share practice circle. Whether you're simply curious or already a practitioner, this day is an invitation to reconnect with your inner sensitivity and ground yourself more deeply in your own energy. The goal: to bring together all those interested in alternative medicine and natural approaches to health.
