Join us on ‘The Sacred Reset’ A nurturing day retreat designed to help you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your true self.

Ground in nature. Burn old stories in fire. Flow through yoga. Dance your heart open. Then rest deeply in sound, breath, and stillness.

This is your invitation to clear the noise, move with intention, and come home to yourself by letting go through movement, stillness, and sacred sound.

The day is inclusive of breakfast, lunch & snacks and a gift.
