Saturday ruck

RucKINGS weekly Ruck. Everyone welcome.

Meeting 8:50am at carpark near play park in beecraigs country park.

7km trail route… suitable for beginners.
Suggested weight to carry for seasoned Ruckers = 35lbs. For beginners.. carry what feels comfortable.. or just bring some water in a rucksack.
