Find a spot on the farm & be still.

Journaling is time you can de-stress, wind down and get to know yourself. Journal included w/ event. Make it easy. Make it routine. Write or draw whatever you feel. Our herd might help. Spend an hour on our horse farm w/ some journal prompts suitable for kids and adults.
