A safe and essential re-introduction to exercise for mums who have recently given birth. This is a specialised class answering the needs of the postnatal body that can be attended with baby, focussing on core rehab, including pelvic floor muscles, as well as postural re-alignment, mobility/flexibility of typically tight areas and full body conditioning through targeted and functional movement; body weight and light resistance are used accordingly and some exercises can be done with baby too.
Open to Mums from ‘4th trimester’ until 12+ months postpartum & Babies preferably until crawling stage. This class will also accommodate & support healing with issues such as back/pelvic pain, pelvic floor injuries, abdominal separation, SPD etc. Pre-screening questionnaire required (email Virginie at

The studio class is taught as a 6 weeks course to ensure better results and adequate progression so cannot be attended on a drop in basis. (Term time only).

Wednesday: 1-2pm (There is time before and after class to feed/change baby, ask questions, chat with other mums etc)
