This class is fun and relaxing, it is run by an experienced tutor in a safe and comfortable environment. It is advised you call to book your place due to classes filling up quickly. Call the Good Living Team on 01225 486401. The first class is a free taster, thereafter classes are £3.50 per week paid on the day.
