A nervous system friendly approach that's perfect for postpartum or in perimenopause and recognises you as a whole person, living in the stressed out modern world. If you've lost the playful part of your relationship to your core, perhaps through years of deskwork, back pain, prolapse or leaks - you are not alone. And that part of you has not gone.
This day is a retreat, time to step away from the everyday and give yourself time to come back to yourself. To pause, to dance, to play and to learn more about your body in a way that connects to real life.
You don't need to be doing kegels (in fact you might have found they aren't making any difference?). You are welcome to join at whatever stage you're at, although you may benefit more if you're past 4-6 months postpartum. This can be pre-hab for perimenopause or the gentle deep reconnectino needed after birth.
