This session is for you if you've ever thought:
"I’ve done kegels but I’m still not sure they’re doing anything."
"I’ve been training hard, but my core doesn’t feel like it’s supporting me."
"I don’t know where my pelvic floor is, let alone how to actually engage it."
Whether you’re a mum returning to your body after years of giving to others, or you’re working towards strength goals and want to understand your foundation, you’re in the right place.
This isn’t about doing more kegels.
It’s about learning how your core and pelvic floor work together, and building awareness, breath, and movement patterns that make you feel more at home and more powerful in your body.
You’ll learn:
✿ What and where your core really is (spoiler: it's not just abs)
✿ How your breath, posture and nervous system influence your pelvic floor
✿ Simple, practical ways to support pelvic balance and connection—no gadgets required
✿ Why less effort can sometimes give better results (especially if you're bracing or gripping)
We’ll explore this in a gentle, trauma-informed way that prioritises awareness and embodied experience over performance or perfection.
Expect movement, breath work, and practical tools you can use straight away; whether you’re in a desk chair, upside down, or trying to stop leaking when you sneeze.
“I was somewhat mind-blown by how small changes in posture and breath impacted my core. I could feel things working in a way I hadn’t before.” – Chloe
No experience needed. Mats and props provided, or bring your own if you prefer.
