Join us for an unforgettable evening of fine dining and live music at our fundraising banquet in support of the Watershed Center for the Arts. This special event features a three-course dinner prepared by Chef Aaron Barret, owner of the local Black Label Catering Co.
This is a unique opportunity to taste exceptional dishes from one of the area's finest catering businesses while supporting the arts. Proceeds from the evening will go toward sustaining and enhancing the programs offered by the Watershed Center.
Your Ticket includes:
A delectable three-course dinner, featuring:
-Cocktail hour with fresh, local oysters from Oysthers and a selection of charcuterie
-A grilled peach salad with crumbled chèvre, spiced pistachios, and white balsamic vinaigrette
-A choice of Steak Au Poivre or Statler Chicken Breast, both served with parsnip purée and butter-poached asparagus
-A drink ticket for a signature cocktail, beer, or wine to complement your meal from local bar company, Loving Cup Co.
Ten percent of the profits donated directly to the Watershed Center for the Arts, supporting their mission to foster creativity and community engagement through the arts
