MindFest Central Coast Mental Health Day 2025

Join us to mark World Mental Health Day and Mental Health Month with MindFest – a free, inclusive and vibrant community event promoting wellbeing and connection.

Enjoy live music from Musicians Making a Difference, creative activities, face painting, pet therapy with Doggie Dates, mindfulness workshops and a free BBQ and coffee van.
