Central Coast Dance Against Dementia fundraiser.

Thanks to Dave Greville and Kool Katz for donating your time and the Seniors Centre for free. Entry is $10 with children under 16 free. Byo snacks and drinks. There will be raffles on the day with great prizes to be won.

A great way to spend a Sunday afternoon for a good cause. Studies have found that dancing can offset early stages of dementia by up to 78%.

September is Dementia Awareness month, all money raised goes towards supporting Umbrella Cafes. These are social groups setup around Australia for people with dementia and their families that hold activities and support for them.
