In this beginner-friendly class, you will experience a harmonious blend of:
Asanas (Yoga Poses): A combination of floor-based and standing poses that gently guide you through a mindful movement practice, enhancing flexibility and strength while fostering relaxation
Pranayama (Breathwork): Techniques to deepen your breath, helping to center and ground your energy, and promoting a sense of calm and focus.
Meditation Techniques: Practices to cultivate mental clarity and emotional balance, allowing you to tune into your inner self and find tranquility.
Props will be provided to support and adapt each pose to your unique body, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience. Whether you’re new to yoga or seeking a practice that emphasizes slowing down and self-awareness, this class offers a space to nurture both your body and mind.
