Join Marilyn for a 90-minute sound bath journey of reconnection with your inner self. Through breathwork and the power of your own voice, you’ll be gently guided to release thoughts and emotions that no longer serve you.

From this space of openness, we’ll transition into the immersive experience of a full sound bath, where resonant tones and vibrations invite deep relaxation, restoration, and harmony.
