Ongoing & Bi-Weekly Grief Group

Tuesdays from 7:30pm to 9:00pm, Starting February 11th

Grief comes in many forms – it’s not just the result of a lost loved one. Pet loss, the end of a relationship, disconnection from family, job loss, changes in identity, and a loss of our youth are some of the many ways grief can impact us.

This group brings support and connection to people who are suffering from loss – whether you are currently processing or have been impacted long term. There is often an outpouring of love in the immediacy of loss, but that much-needed support can fade with time despite the grief still being very present. And it may be a challenge to connect with your peers on death and loss – groups can help us authentically see each other and better understand ourselves. Grief is one of life’s greatest challenges and our experience of it is both incredibly similar and vastly unique. Sharing space and connection can help us mourn, heal, and make meaning.
