Dreamworks Workshop

What do you dream about when you sleep? Do you have repeating images or messages that you cannot understand? Our dreams can contain messages from our Spirit Guides, as well as revealing our past lives. This basic class will look at interpretations of dreams, as well as how to do lucid dreaming. We will also discuss our sleep cycles, crystals which can help you to retain your dreamwork, and ways to be more successful in remembering your dreams.
