Relax and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Enjoy the physical and mental experience while listening to the crystal bowl sound vibrations. Feel free to bring a pillow, blanket & yoga mat if you would like to be on the floor. Chairs are available for those wanting to be seated.
