Move It Community Jam

Libby Pulley is teaching our next 𝐌𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐈𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐉𝐀𝐌 at the City of Bastrop Recreation Center on Friday, July 18th from 6:30-7:45 pm. This Introduction to Nia Dance Fitness class will feature the Nia Routine “Sexi”. Simple choreographed moves and free dance will exercise your whole body, mind, emotions, and spirit - leaving you feeling absolutely wonderful!
