Inversion Workshop

Build strength and confidence as you turn upside down and learn to balance from the ground up.

In this 90 min session, you will learn technique, proprioception, strengthening, and flexibility exercises to help you get a feel for what a confident inversion feels like. This workshop will focus on the foundations for headstands, handstands, and arm balances.

No matter where you are in your practice, there are modifications for every level. You will leave this workshop with a road map to reach your inversion goals and high-vibing confidence.
