CON IL MAESTRO CAPOSCUOLA "PAOLO ANTONELLI"
La Difesa contro il Coltello (匕首防身法, bǐshǒu fángshēn fǎ) consiste di 10 Tecniche di Qinna (Chin Na) - e altre Tecniche contro un avversario munito di coltello o altra arma corta.
La teoria include i concetti di : Mantenere la distanza corretta, la consapevolezza dei propri punti vulnerabili, gli spostamenti base.
Dopo aver appreso questi esercizi gli studenti saranno avviati nei seminari successivi ad esplorare ulteriori tecniche di difesa basate sulle 4 Categorie di Tecniche del Kung Fu : Ti/Calci, Da/Pugni, Shuai/Atterramenti e Na/Leve singole e combinate.
