Picture this: our Executive Chef crafting a decadent 6-course degustation dinner, the haunting primal hum of a didgeridoo weaving through the air, and a starlit night at Amaroo Retreat & Spa.

This is more than dinner- it’s an unforgettable journey of the senses.

Our menu is seasonal, flavourful and ever-evolving. Each degustation dinner event’s menu will be finalised and shared closer to the event date.

Pricing: $199 per person without wine pairing, or $259 per person with wine pairing.
