About the event

ADSU - Final In Water Training

*Training will only go ahead with sufficient numbers, to be confirmed by Friday evening.

Please RSVP if you are attending.

We have a busy morning planned with both land and water based training.
Lunch (sausage sizzle) included.

When 08:30 - 15:00 | Sunday 27th July 2025
Where Bells Rapid Park, Cathedral Ave, Brigadoon.
Bottom carpark.

Integrated Training includes:
* Swift Water Fundamentals
* Flags, whistles and signals
* Throwbags, knots and rope skills
* Patient Contact and recovery
* Stokes Transport
Then we'll put all these skills to practice.

Please bring your WETSUIT, BATHERS and TOWEL as well as a change of clothes to stay warm.
