This Women's only Inner Athlete Day Half Retreat is your chance to move, stretch, sweat, and vibe with like-minded women — all in the most idyllic Hampshire/Surrey countryside setting, surrounded by nature and open skies. Whether you’re training for your next HYROX or just need a reset, this is your moment.

🗓️ What’s Included — £75 pp

• 9:30–10:00 AM: Welcome coffee & intros

• 10:00–11:30 AM: Outdoor endurance HYROX style SIMULATION workout

• 11:30–11:45 AM: Post-workout breakfast pot snack and refuel

• 11:45–12:45 PM: Journaling, deep mobility & recovery stretch session

• Tea, coffee, breakfast snack & goodie bag included. Showers, products and hair dryers available on site, BYO towel.

🍽️ Optional Lunch & Drink — £30 pp

Sit down for a nourishing post-session lunch with the crew. Add-on available on the day.
