A new chair yoga class to join the Infinite Harmony Schedule - at Chineham Village Hall

Chair yoga can help if you:
🪑 find it difficult to get up and down from the floor
💗 are recovering from illness, injury or surgery
🌿 live with fatigue, pain or reduced mobility
☕️ simply prefer a slower, more mindful pace

We’ll move, breathe and rest - together - in a way that feels kind, accessible and grounding.
