Come join us for a day filled with fun, laughter and football supporting Little Havens Childrens Hospice and in memory of the legendary Paul Danan. Cheer on your favourite celebrity player, or show your support for the Fatty's Bar team at the Match, then join us back at Fatty's Bar afterwards for an evening of music and entertainment.

This charity event aims to raise funds for Little Havens Children's Hospice celebrating Paul's passion for the Charity

Little Havens Children’s Hospice is the only Children’s hospice in the whole of Essex.

It looks after babies, children and young adults who have been diagnosed with complex and incurable conditions, providing palliative and supportive care when families need it most. When families are told the worst possible news Little Havens are with them. They provide every opportunity to the families to make every day count for the lives of the children, no matter how long or short that may be.

It takes a huge amount of money to run the hospice each year to provide care not only at the hospice but in the families homes too. All services provided are free to the families whilst in Little havens care and this can only be provided because of the donations from the local community.

The football match was the idea of one of our regulars at Fattys Bar, Keiran Morgan, who is an ex professional player.

We brought our friend Paul Danan in to assist in the organisation last year, Paul jumped at the chance to help the children and put his heart and soul, along with his contact list, into the event and between us, made it a great first event raising over £5000.00

After losing Paul earlier this year it was decided that we would rename the cup ‘The Paul Danan Memorial Charity Cup’ in his honour as we know that he would have continued his involvement in this event for years to come.

It is an honour to be able to support the hospice and help to provide the much-needed care and support for local families. We hope to make this year even better, but we need your help to do that.
