Quarterly training session for Black Belts led by Sensei Richard Hang Hong, 5th Dan

Open to all karateka

£25 per person

Equipment needed:

• Chi Ishi
• Nigiri Game
• Escrima sticks (pair)
• Bo

Spares may be available but are very limited. If you do not have any of the above items please let us know before booking.
