With one hand on our hearts and the other gripping a slightly greasy burek, the ever-chaotic team behind Shkodra Elektronike proudly (and a bit recklessly) invites you to ESC PRELUDE – the unofficial Eurovision pre-party that officially doesn’t give a damn about being official.

No tribute acts – just joy, noise, dancing, laughter – and probably someone trying to smuggle homemade Rakija through Swiss customs. Again.
