Whether you’re new to Pilates or already an experienced practitioner, this workshop is designed to suit all levels. Each exercise is carefully guided, with modifications for beginners and challenges for more advanced participants.

Aerial Pilates focuses on strengthening your core just like traditional Pilates, but with an added twist - the hammock allows for playful, gravity-defying movements that make your workout feel light and fun. Join us and take flight as we explore this innovative, full-body workout together!
