Let your child experience a summer of movement, mindfulness and fun! Our Aerial & Yoga Kids Camp is a place where play meets yoga, blending the excitement of aerial practice with the grounding benefits of traditional yoga and mindfulness-based activities. Each day, children will explore creative movement, develop new skills and connect with others in a joyful, pressure-free environment.
Through yoga, aerial hammock skills, games, crafts and teamwork challenges, your child will build strength, confidence, coordination and resilience while experiencing the joy of movement. With a focus on compassion, creativity and self-expression, we provide a space where kids can flip, swing, balance and breathe their way to greater confidence and well-being.

9:00 - 10:15 | Yoga, Aerial Yoga Practice & Mindful Activities
10:15 - 11:45 | Snack & Creative Play (Games or Craft)
11:45 - 12:00 | Pick-Up Window
THE DETAILS
The camp fee is 330 CHF, which includes all materials and a healthy mid-morning snack. It is recommended for children aged 6 to 12, with a limited number of spots available for a maximum of 14 participants. Instruction is offered bilingually in English and German. ABOUT THE TEACHERS
Emily Pease & Grace Falkner have been teaching kids yoga together since 2019. They skillfully blend storytelling, playful poses and breathing exercises to keep kids captivated while teaching valuable skills in focus and relaxation. Their classes empower kids to build confidence, foster creativity and connect with their inner calm - all while having a great time.
