Restorative Sound Bath- in person OR virtual!

Join us for a fully immersive sound bath that will restore your mind, body and soul. Jill & Tiff will use a variety of instruments including crystal singing bowls, shamanic drums and rattles, chimes, ocean drums and more. Incense, candle light and essential oils will fill your senses as the healing frequencies of the sound bath wash over you.

Bring your yoga mat, come as you are and leave feeling lighter, full hearted and healed.

You may participate in person or virtually!
