Sunrise 108 Sun Salutations for the Summer Solstice

Join me as we move through the traditional practice of 108 Sun Salutations for the Summer Solstice. We will break this down into 9 sets of 12 Surya Namaskara A (modifications always available)
This will be an outdoor, sunrise practice - saluting the sun as it rises over Nicky Nook, please be aware that we will be practising on grass ( yoga mats can be provided if you do not have your own), please wear layers and bring a blanket for savasana.
As this is an outdoor event - I will check the weather the day before and provide a full refund if I need to cancel due to rain.

The practice will take approximately 2hrs - we will begin with breathwork to centre & focus ourselves, set intentions for our practice and gently move our bodies before beginning our sun salutation practice. We will then end with Savasana (relaxation & integration)
