Cacao + Blue Lotus Ceremony - 'The Isis Gate'
Isis is the Ancient Egyptian Goddess with ‘ten thousand names’. Known for her role as a healer, protector and mother figure. She is the carrier of the mystery teachings and deeply associated with magic.
In this ceremony you will guided on a shamanic journey through 'The Isis Gate'. An ancient gateway that still stands today in it's original spot before the temple was moved in Philae, Aswan. You will be encouraged to step through this portal, back in time through Ancient Egypt to meet with the goddess Isis to receive a teaching that will be of benefit to you today.

This is an opportunity to connect to the ancient wisdom of Kemet (Egypt). Embarking on a shamanic journey , we will activate the third eye and heart space, allowing us to go deeper and explore the mystery teachings of the blue lotus, beautifully accompanied by the heart opening plant medicine cacao.

ABOUT THE BLUE LOTUS
The blue lotus is a sacred plant bearing significant spiritual symbolism and has been used in ritual and medicine for thousands of years. In Ancient Egypt the blue lotus symbolised the ‘origin of life’ and was also associated with rebirth. It was thought that the flowers ability to emerge from the mud through the murky depths of water and spread its petals to the sun was a metaphor for ‘life emerging from the shadows into the light’.

Cacao is essentially chocolate in it's rawest form (without all the nasties) and it has been used for thousands of years. Originating in Ancient Mesoamerica, cacao has found its way to the West and it is often used in ceremony and ritual but also simply as a daily drink due to it's endless health benefits. Cacao is a heart opening medicine that allows us the fully drop into our bodies but also brings people together to create a sense of community.

ABOUT YOUR HOST
Journey to Heka - Stephanie is shamanic practitioner, cacao + blue lotus facilitator and professional dancer with a deep connection to Ancient Egypt. She has been travelling to Egypt for the past 21 years and studies the Egyptian pantheon bringing this to life through monthly sacred cacao + blue lotus ceremonies. She also holds ecstatic dance events across the Bedfordshire area. Stephanie has a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance.
