🌿 You're Invited: A Garden Gathering for Women 🌿

Join us for a peaceful morning designed for women seeking deeper connection—with others, with nature, and with themselves. In a serene garden setting, we’ll tend gently to the earth and our well-being, sip calming herbal tea, and enjoy mindful moments through birdwatching, garden tending, and conversation. No experience needed—just come as you are and allow yourself to slow down, breathe, and be nurtured.

This garden gathering is co-led by Amy Balentine and Jasmine Sullivan, nature lovers who take joy in reconnecting others to the world around and within them. In addition to being therapists at the center, Amy is a mindfulness teacher, and Jasmine is a yoga instructor. Amy has also completed training with the master gardener program.
