Almost a year ago, we received a negative review from someone named Steve Atkins. We reached out to try to make things right — but never heard back.

So, we decided to turn a not-so-great moment into something positive: a customer appreciation sale. That day became known as Steve Atkins Day — a tongue-in-cheek celebration that ended up reminding us just how loyal and supportive our customers truly are.

Yes, there was a little drama… but the way you all stood up for us meant a lot.

What started as a joke turned into something awesome — and it’s back.
