Join SUP YO in collaboration with Amy Williams of Felt Sense Psychotherapy for a weekend of somatic healing and self-discovery at The Bartlett Village House.
On this retreat, we will focus on the role that the nervous system plays in your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness, and how you can use this knowledge to increase resiliency and vitality in your own life. You will move, breathe, learn, expand and return home with new knowledge and tools that you can start to implement in your daily life.
If this resonates with you, please join us for a weekend of connection and ease as we explore emotional well-being from a body-first lens.
True healing happens when you get out of your head and into your body.
Somatic healing is a holistic approach to healing that focuses on the interconnectedness of the mind and body. It acknowledges that emotional, psychological, and physical well-being are deeply intertwined, and therefore, to achieve healing, one must address all aspects of the self.
This Somatic Healing retreat is designed to support those who are suffering from chronic stress, burnout, traumatic stress or PTSD symptoms. These symptoms can include anxiety, depression, insomnia, fatigue, low motivation, chronic emotional and physical pain, migraines, IBS, and insomnia. This Somatic Healing retreat is also suitable for folks simply interested in learning and experiencing ways to optimize their mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing through somatic healing.
*This retreat is not intended to treat active addiction, psychosis, or severely destabilized mental health conditions. We can make referrals so that applicants can be connected with the appropriate care facility.
