Dudes & T.A.C.O.S.

Dudes & T.A.C.O.S. is a peer-driven initiative that creates a judgment-free space for men to connect, talk, and support one another. Middle-aged men often face challenges but don’t always have the opportunity to open up. This event provides a space to share struggles, raise awareness of mental and emotional well-being, and foster honest conversations, shared experiences, and practical strategies all over great food (because, let’s be real, food makes everything better!).

Led by dudes with lived experiences, the event encourages open dialogue, resilience, and camaraderie in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Whether you’re looking to share, listen, or enjoy the company of other like-minded men, Dudes & T.A.C.O.S. is about breaking the stigma and building a stronger, healthier community, one dude at a time.
