💬 OT Advice Drop-Ins – Dementia Support
Before and after the group (9am–10:30am & 12pm–3pm)
Our free OT drop-ins offer practical, person-centred advice for people living with dementia and their families or carers. These are relaxed, friendly chats, not formal assessments, designed to help you feel supported, informed, and confident.
Savanna and Lauren, both qualified Occupational Therapists, will be available to offer guidance and reassurance on:
🚶♂️ Falls prevention & mobility
🌆 Sundowning, pacing & wandering
🧭 Orientation & memory support
🍽 Everyday tasks such as cooking, washing & dressing
😴 Sleep and rest routines
💬 Communication & meaningful engagement
❤️ Carer wellbeing & stress support
🏡 Small home adaptations to make life easier and safer
Whether you join us for the group or just pop in for a chat, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
If more in-depth support is needed, we can arrange full OT assessments and written reports separately (costs to be discussed).
💛 Our mission:
To help people stay independent, safe, and connected, while giving carers the support they deserve.
We’d love to see you there.
If you have any questions, feel free to message us!
