Beach Flow

Saturday 23rd August 9-10am

Beach flow will be overlooking Jackson's Bay this week. High tide is at 8am and as it's a new moon, this will be an extra high one. Perfect for our social swim afterwards, but not much sand for yoga and dogs!

The Moon joins the sun in Virgo on Saturday, making this an auspicious time to focus on daily routines and habits to keep us healthy in body, mind and soul.

We will gather by St Barucs church, so keep your eyes peeled for the flag
