A New Moon is a time of new beginnings. We are invited to set intentions for things you'd like to create, cultivate and manifest. Experience a deeply relaxing yoga nidra (guided meditation/relaxation) as you are bathed in the transformational sound and vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and other instruments to take you to a deeper state of consciousness. Let the busy thinking mind quieten and find the peace and stillness within.
