Midwinter Sound and Gong Bath

Come and escape from the hustle and bustle of the yuletide festivities and celebrate the approaching return of the light but also the restful and nurturing dark.
We'll begin with a guided relaxation accompanied by the sounds of singing bowls and other instruments to help you to unwind and release tension. Then let the sounds and vibrations of the gongs wash around and through you taking you to a deeper state of consciousness, your body and mind taking what it needs and releasing stagnant energies leaving you feeling restored and rebalanced.
