Winter Solstice Sound and Gong Bath

We have 2 sessions to choose from:
5.30pm-6.45pm
7.15pm-8.30pm
Come and celebrate the return of the light on the shortest day and the longest night. Time to rest, be nourished and nurtured by the dark, a time to dream and plant seeds.
We'll begin with a guided relaxation and let the sounds and vibrations of the singing bowls and other instruments help you to unwind and relax. Be bathed in the sounds and vibrations of the gongs as they wash around and through you taking you to a deeper state of consciousness, your body and mind taking what it needs and releasing stagnant energies leaving you feeling restored and rebalanced.
