Weekly Group Qigong Class
Practice the ancient healing art of qigong!

Forest Path Qigong has partnered with Deyly Strength to offer a weekly group qigong class in Vernon, CT.

Classes are on Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm in Vernon Commons Suite E. Sessions are open to all levels of learning. Walk-ins are welcome, but online registration is preferred. Try your first class for free by using the code 'FIRSTFREE' when registering online.
