Why We’re Fundraising
Stefan & Chandra Nickerson had their baby boy June 26th and at just 2 days old, Baby Parker was rushed by LifeFlight to the IWK Children’s Hospital with a severe bowel blockage. Tragically, during the flight, his bowel ruptured, requiring emergency surgery. He now has two ostomy bags and faces at least one more surgery in the next few weeks.
His dad, Stefan, is also off work due to medical complications, leaving the family to care for Parker and his two sisters under heavy emotional and financial strain.
