🎉Welcome the New Year with an easy-paced, mindful forest bathing walk that helps you slow down, open your senses, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world. We’ll move gently, pause for reflection, and take in the surroundings with intention. Our time together ends with warm herbal tea and a moment to share in community.
🌲 Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is the simple practice of taking in the forest atmosphere through the senses for health benefits.
