PUPPY & DOG EDITION ON AUGUST 17th!
SPECIAL WEEK: Our friends at Precious Paws Rescue will be bringing some of the dogs in their volunteer foster program who need forever homes. There will be dogs of all ages on August 17th.
Precious Paws Rescue is a registered charity, all breed dog rescue, based in Simcoe County. Since 2006, they have been dedicated to saving the lives of homeless dogs through a volunteer foster program. Precious Paws does not operate a shelter facility – while in rescue, these dogs stay in private foster homes where they can receive all of the TLC they so desperately need. This also gives the team a chance to properly assess the dogs in a home environment so they can be placed in the best possible forever home once they are ready for adoption.
All registration fees for this class will be donated back to Precious Paws!

ABOUT LAURIE
Laurie Newton is all about helping people feel good in their own bodies whenever they show up to celebrate in a class. With over 20 years of experience — and well over a thousand classes under her belt — she’s known for making mindful movement feel welcoming, down-to-earth, and maybe even a little fun. Laurie’s approach is simple: move in a way that feels good, breathe a little deeper, and leave class feeling lighter than when you arrived. She loves creating spaces where everyone — from first-timers to longtime movers — feels safe, seen, and supported (with plenty of options, lots of laughter, and zero pressure to be perfect). When she’s not guiding a session in the summer, you’ll find Laurie strapped to two sticks on the slopes and encouraging everyone to try skiing! She enjoys introducing everyone new to movement, regardless of the season!
