Get ready to swing with the new Canadian jazz band 'Quicksand Melodies' here in Barrie, ON. Join me for an evening of spontaneous jazz improvisation, featuring open mics and a vibrant atmosphere. Whether you're a seasoned musician or simply love the sound of jazz, come prepared to groove and connect with fellow music lovers. The new Barrie jazz band 'Quicksand Melodies' will be there to ignite the excitement!

Entrance is free for jamming musicians. Send me a message if you're going to jam so I can add you to the list.
For our lovely audience, we ask for a *small fee of $ 20* to reserve a spot for you. Alternatively, you can pay in cash at the venue. Instruments:

Feel free to bring your instrument and amps if you prefer comfort!

Simply DM me the name of the standard, and I will prepare lead sheets for those who might need them. Or we can figure it out at the venue! :)

Snacks and Tea: We will be serving some snacks and tea/juice. But feel free to bring your own! It's all about the music, though!
