Known as the Lamrim, or ‘stages of the path to enlightenment‘, this special presentation of Dharma reveals how every moment of our life can become a step toward awakening.

In this uplifting and accessible course, we will explore the essential meditations of the Lamrim – from recognizing the preciousness of our human life to developing deep compassion and wisdom.

Each class includes a teaching, guided meditation, and time for questions and discussion.
