Enjoy the crisp days of fall by basking in the healing benefits of nature. Forest bathing (or forest therapy) guides you to take in, with all of one’s senses, the forest atmosphere. Join Beth Foster for a free session to learn the basics of Forest Bathing. Ages 14+. Pre-registration required. First come, first served.
